Seven things that set Signips apart
Comparing Digital Signage providers? On a feature list most of them look alike. This page shows where Signips is different in daily use, with the figures to back it up.
Software and hardware from one supplier
Many providers sell the software and leave the player to you. Signips supplies both. The media player is part of your subscription, built for the software it runs, and you have one supplier for everything from the CMS to the player.
10+ yearsof player hardware kept supported
What the subscription includesPlayers we look after for you
Your player arrives pre-configured. Connect power, network and the screen, and it collects its content by itself. Updates arrive remotely, a replacement unit takes over the old screen's identity, and nobody at your end has to maintain a device.
3,000+automated tests gate every release before it reaches your players
How plug & play worksSupport from people who know your screens
The people who set up your environment are the same people you reach afterwards, year after year, and they know your screens by name. A question goes straight to them, with no ticket queue in between. Need a new template or an extra location? We think it through with you.
How we work with youPublish centrally, adjust locally
Head office sets the brand and the tone. A site, a department or a shop fills in what applies there, and roles and rights decide who may publish what, and where. One campaign reaches every screen at the same moment, while the canteen menu stays with the canteen.
Hundreds of screenson every continent except Antarctica
How publishing worksConnects to what you already use
A screen is only useful when it is current. Signips shows Microsoft 365 and Power BI without a login on the screen, brings in social feeds, calendars, sensors and live public transport departures, and has a documented API for anything else. The content updates itself, so nobody has to remember to.
All integrationsMonitoring that detects problems, players that recover by themselves
Every player checks in every 60 seconds with what it is showing, which screen is connected and the state of the HDMI signal. When the network drops, the player keeps playing from its cache, and when it freezes, a watchdog restarts it. If a screen does need attention, we usually see it before you do, and we tell you.
